摘要
目的探讨盐酸米诺环素软膏与甲硝唑棒治疗牙周脓肿治疗效果。方法分析我院牙周脓肿患者临床治疗,依据治疗方式不同分为对照组(甲硝唑棒治疗组)30例和观察组(盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗组)30例。结果观察组PLI、GI、PD均优于对照组,观察组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗牙周脓肿临床效果明显,预后良好。
Objective： To approach treatment realize of periodontal abscess by minocycline hydrochloride ointment and metronidazole rod.Method：To analyze periodontal abscess patients in our hospital,which was to be divided into control group（metronidazole rod treatment group）30 cases and detection group（minocycline hydrochloride ointment group）30 cases.Result：The PLI,GI,PD of detection group were better than control group,the clinical treatment of total efficiency of detection group were higher than control group,P0.05,the difference were statistical significance.Conclusion：The clinical result of periodontal abscess by minocycline hydrochloride ointment were obviously and prognosis was good.
