摘要
目的：观察改良胸锁乳突肌皮瓣同期修复口腔颌面部肿瘤术后组织缺损的临床效果。方法：选择2009~2010年期间在我院进行口腔颌面部肿瘤术后组织缺损修复的患者15例进行改良胸锁乳突肌皮瓣同期修复,观察效果。结果：所有患者手术之后皮瓣全部成活,仅有1例患者出现蒂部旷置敞开、未完全闭合,其余的29例患者面部组织缺损修复闭合状况良好。断蒂时间一般为2~3w,创口基本上均在I期愈合,术后开展随访3～6个月,发现患者的皮瓣质地感觉良好,部分有轻度臃肿,整体外观表现满意,无任何明显的面部功能性障碍。结论：改良胸锁乳突肌皮瓣同期修复口腔颌面部肿瘤术后组织缺损效果良好。
Objective：To observe the sternocleidomastoid improved the same period latissimus dorsi myocutaneous repair oral and maxillofacial tumor surgery the clinical effect of tissue defect;Methods：Selection during 2009 to 2010 in our hospital for oral and maxillofacial tumor tissue defect repair after 15 cases of patients with modified the same period the sternocleidomastoid latissimus dorsi myocutaneous repair,observing effect;Results：All flaps survived a minimum area of skin flap 1 cm x 2 cm,the most large area 3 cm x 4 cm,1 case of the desert’s open,and not for the 29 cases of’s rolled into the tube,direct closed for area are closed directly.Flap’s broken time for 16 to 24 d,wound healing all stage I follow-up of 3~6 months,flap to its good quality,repair skin flap for mild bloated hand,appearance more satisfied,without obvious function obstacle.Conclusion：Modified the same period the sternocleidomastoid latissimus dorsi myocutaneous repair oral and maxillofacial tumors postoperative tissue defect effect is good.
