摘要
目的:探讨于急诊以双侧多个足趾移植修复多手指缺损的临床疗效。方法:根据手指缺损情况,施行双足第二趾移植再造,共再造36指,术后3个月起评价手指功能。结果:再造36指成活34指(94.4%),坏死2指,再造指经3个月～3年随访,优良率达82.3%,再造指活动灵活,能写字及解扣穿衣等,抓捏物体有力,恢复体力工作,痛温觉恢复,两点辨别距离在8～12 mm,双侧供足外观对称,无疼痛,步态正常,功能影响不大。结论:对于多手指缺损,于急诊应用双侧足部多个足趾再造手指,手部可获得最大功能恢复,对足部供区外形和创伤小。
Objective： To observe the effect on hand reconstruction with bilateral multiple toe transplantion in emergency. Methods： Defect of fingers were treated by transplantation and reconstruction with a total of 36 cases. The curative efficacy was evaluated after 3 months. Results： Thirty-four fingers survived after surgery. In a follow up of 3 to 36 months, we found excellent rate of recovery up to 82. 3% , in which the reconstructed fingers could flexibly move, write and dress, pinch forcefully regain manual work, as well as sensation of pain and warmth. Two-point discrimination was found between 8 to 12 ram. Both feet have symmetrical appearance with normal gait and satisfactory motion. Also, no pain was complained. Conclusion： There is less damage on foot and more hand function recovery using bilateral multiple toe transplantion to repair multiple fingers defect in emergency.
