摘要
2008年爆发的金融危机显示欧盟原有的金融监管体系即莱姆法路西框架有较大缺陷。本文详细分析了该框架存在的主要缺陷,并从三个方面阐述了欧盟在金融危机爆发后对该框架的修改和完善。结合中国实际,本文提出了欧盟金融宏观审慎监管改革对中国进一步推进金融改革的启示。
The financial crisis in 2008 shows that there exists a defect in Lamfalussy Framework which is the original EU financial supervision system. The paper analyzes in detail the main defects existing in the framework, and from three aspects elaborates the revi- sion and perfection of the framework made by EU after the outbreak of the financial crisis. Combined with China＇s reality, the paper presents the enlightenment of EU＇s financial macro-prudential supervision reform on China＇s further financial reform.
