微波加热法制备黄麻皮活性炭的吸附性能研究

摘要 以黄麻皮为原料,磷酸为活化剂,采用微波加热法制备出了一系列不同的黄麻皮活性炭。采用正交试验法研究影响黄麻皮吸附性能的主要因素(磷酸浓度、微波功率、活化时间),确立最佳制备工艺,即在磷酸浓度为4mol/L,微波功率为539w,活化时间为20min的条件下,所制得的黄麻皮活性炭碘吸附值为958.54mg/g,亚甲基蓝吸附值为247.3mg/g。 Different jute barks activated carbon were prepared by using jute barks as raw materials, phosphoric acid as activating agent and activated by microwave radiation. The effects of several main factors such as concentration of activating agent,microwave power and activation time on the adsorption properties of active carbon were investigated via or- thogonal experiments. Results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: phos- phoric acid concentration of 4 mol/L, microwave power is 539 w ,and activation time of 20 rain. Theiodine number and amount of methylene blue adsorption of the active carbon prepared under optimum conditions were 958.54 mg/g and 247.3 mg/g, respectively.
