摘要
通过实验研究运动员午睡的影响作用和睡眠惯性的持续时间.结果显示,1 h午睡后,运动员的大脑机能状态、神经-肌肉兴奋性和心境状态等指标在醒后0.5 h仍处于较低水平,而在醒后1 h却显著提高,且超过睡前基线水平;而睡眠惯性的持续时间要长于0.5 h,在1 h左右基本消退.
Through experiment, this paper analyzes the nap influence and sleep inertia duration about athletes. Results show that,0.5 h after awakening,the state of the athletes' brain function, nerve-muscle excitability and mood status indicator are still at a lower level after 1 h nap;but it significantly improves and exceeds the baseline level at 1 h after awakening. The duration of sleep inertia is longer than 0.5 h, and subsides basically at about 1 h.
