Gastrodia liquor is a common healthcare liquor product. It is quite popular among consumers because of its healthcare functions such as nourishing liver and kidney, benefiting qi and blood etc. In this paper, its production techniques, its quality and taste, its standards, and the existed problems were illustrated.
