摘要
运用文献资料法等研究方法,以奥林匹克运动发展历程中遭遇的经济危机为研究对象,分析危机产生主要是由于非职业化问题和非商业化问题、奥运会规模扩大导致各项开支巨大、开源效果不佳、世界经济格局影响等原因。探讨国际奥委会面对危机所采取的措施:实施TOP计划、出售电视转播权、建立风险基金以及商业化给奥林匹克运动带来的成效和挑战。认为当今世界金融危机情况下,国际奥委会正是因为采取了改革措施,使奥林匹克运动未受到太大影响。
Using the method of literature consultation, this paper focuses on the economic crisis encountered by the O- lympic movement. The crisis is mainly due to the concept of amateurism and anti-commercialization, the great expenses caused by increasing scale of the Olympic Games, the shortage of funding and the influence by the global economy. To cope with the crisis, the IOC take steps to implement Olympic Partner Programme(TOP), sell television rights, set up risk funds and promote commercialization. It's these revolutionary measures that making the Olympic movement not largely influenced by the global financial crisis.
