摘要
广深港高速铁路,对于改善深港交通状态、促进地区繁荣具有重要意义。针对广深港高速铁路地下隧道工程贯通距离长、精度要求高等特点,先后在广深港狮子洋隧道、益田路隧道及深港隧道等采用GAT精密磁悬浮陀螺全站仪对测量导线进行检核、修正,取得了良好的定向测量和贯通效果。简述了GAT精密磁悬浮陀螺全站仪原理和技术优势,以深港隧道皇岗公园竖井至米埔竖井段为例,总结了该仪器外业操作、数据采集、成果计算、精度评定等方法要点,分析了数据质量、可靠性指标、作业效率及仪器常数稳定性,给出了GAT磁悬浮陀螺全站仪仪器常数测定中误差为±2.6″、隧道导线边定向中误差为±2.3″,总体定向精度优于3.5″。应用结果表明:GAT精密磁悬浮陀螺全站仪精度高、操作方便、实用性强、稳定性好,应用于高速铁路隧道定向测量(特别是困难条件下竖井间定向测量)能够确保高速铁路隧道的高精度贯通。
The Guangzhou-Shenzben-Hong Kong Express Rail Link is of great significance to improve the transportation and to promote the regional prosperity. According to the long distance and high accuracy requirement of the GZ-SZ-HK XRL, maglev gyro orientation measurements were taken in the Shiziyang Tunnel, Yitian Road and the shengang to check and cor- rect the traverse survey. And it acquires a great of achievements. In this article, we use the tunnel from the Huanggang park shaft to the Mipu shaft as an example to discuss the principle and the technological advantages of the maglev gyro. We studied the operation, data-collection, calculation, accuracy evaluation of the instrument and analysed the data quality, re- liability, efficiency and stability of the instrument constant. Finally, the mean square error of the instrument constant is -+ 2.6", the mean square error of the tunnel traverse leg orientation is + 2.3", the accuracy of the entire survey is better than 3.5". The maglev gyro is good at precision, operation, practical and stability. It can ensure the high precision tunnel through accuracy of the express rail link, especially under difficult conditions, such as orientation through the shaft.
