摘要
本文阐述了国内外高速铁路的发展概况,并针对其对机车车辆的特殊要求,提出了高速铁路机车车辆设计中,结构分析程序系统应具备的功能.
On the basis of the briefly describing the advantages of the high-speed railway and developing tenden- cy in the world,analyses the requirements of the high speed railway for the locomotive and rolling stock,indi- cates the features of the structural design and calculation for the high-speed locomotive and rolling stock,and puts forward the mode and the technical measures of developing the high-speed railway in our country.
