摘要
旅游风景区管理体制一直是学界关注的热点问题,文章以陕西楼观台为例,在深入访谈的基础上具体分析了多元主体共存下,风景区现行管理体制中的矛盾与弊端,并基于社区参与理论提出了多元主体风景名胜区一体化管理方案建议。作者认为一体化管理体制可操作性强,能兼顾各方利益,可促进景区和谐发展,具有可持续性。
The scenic area management system has been academic attention.In this article,taking the Shaanxi Louguantai scenic area as an example,by using the basis of in-depth interviews,the author analyzes the contradictions and inadequacies under the Scenic current management system.Based on theoretical of community participation,some suggestions about the multi subjects of scenic area are being put forward.That is the integrated Management Mode.The author believes that this mode is operable,would be carried out about all benefits covered,would be promoted harmonious development of scenic area,would be sustainable.
