摘要 目的探讨第二代双源CT虚拟平扫技术在肺部病变中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析58例经病理证实肺部病变患者的影像资料,均行常规平扫及双能量增强扫描,利用"Liver VNC"软件处理得到虚拟平扫图像。比较虚拟平扫与常规平扫图像质量评分、噪声、病灶平均CT值及辐射剂量。结果虚拟平扫与常规平扫图像质量评分分别为(4.62±0.52)、(4.71±0.46)分,两者无明显差异t=2.319,P>0.05;虚拟平扫图像和常规平扫图像噪声分别为(8.10±1.16)、(7.30±1.06)HU,虚拟平扫噪声略高于常规平扫t=5.246,P<0.05;虚拟平扫与常规平扫病变CT值分别为(32.65±8.09)、(27.94±7.16)HU,t=-8.154,P<0.05;且两组CT值有很好的一致性(r=0.840,P<0.05)。虚拟平扫与常规平扫的有效剂量分别为(5.18±0.96)、(5.55±1.18)mSv,虚拟平扫有效剂量低于常规平扫t=4.005,P<0.05。结论虚拟平扫图像对肺部病变显示良好,可满足诊断要求,有代替胸部常规平扫潜在价值,减少检查时间及患者的辐射剂量。 【Objective】To assess the clinical application of virtual non-contrast(VNC) of the second generation dual-energy CT in pulmonary lesions.【Methods】Fifty-eight patients with pathological diagnosis of pulmonary lesions underwent ture non-contrast(TNC)and dual-energy enhanced scanning.Through post-processing obtain virtual non-contrast(VNC).Comparing the imaging quality score,noise,mean CT HU values in pulmonary lesions and radiation dose of both.【Resluts】The imaging quality score of VNC and TNC were(4.62±0.52) and(4.71±0.46),There was no significant difference(t=2.319,P&gt;0.05).The noise of VNC was upper than that of TNC and the difference was significant(8.10±1.16)HU and(7.30±1.06) HU,t=5.246,P&lt;0.05).The mean CT HU value of pulmonary lesions on VNC were higher than that on TNC(32.65±8.09) HU and(27.94±7.16) HU,t=-8.154,P&lt;0.05)and show good agreement(r=0.840,P&lt;0.05).The radiation dose of VNC was lower than that of TNC and the difference was significant(5.18±0.96) mSv and(5.55±1.18) mSv,t=4.005,P&lt;0.05).【Conclusion】The VNC image can meet the requirements of clinical diagnosis,it can replace TNC image,save inspection time and ruduce patient radiation dose.
