介绍了组态王在聚丙烯催化剂生产过程监视控制中的应用,简述了基于组态王的上位监控系统的设计。该系统主要包括工艺流程图、实时数据、历史曲线、数据监控界面等部分,为聚丙烯催化剂生产过程的管理提供了更直观、更方便的监视以及更准确、更迅速的控制。
This paper introduces the application of the KingView on the production of polypropylene catalysts.It describes the de- sign of the monitoring system based on KingView.This system mainly includes process flow diagram,real-time data,histori- cal curve,data monitoring interface and so on.It provides a more intuitive and convenient monitoring and a more accurate and rapid control for the management of the production process of the polypropylene catalyst.
