摘要
目的:探讨"冬病夏治"法对肺肾两虚型为主的慢性支气管炎患者的临床疗效。方法:对符合标准的44例患者,采用药物穴位敷贴大椎、天突穴结合足三里穴位注射"喘可治"治疗,共治疗3个夏季(7月～8月)后统计效果。结果:临床控制2例,显效14例,好转26例,无效2例,总有效率95.45%。结论:"冬病夏治"法对肺肾两虚型为主的慢性支气管炎有效,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective ：To explore the clinical effect by the method of treating winter disease in summer on chro- nic bronchitis with lung and kidney deficiency type. Methods：44 patients were treated by the drug application on the point of Dazhui and Tiantu and injection of Chuankezhi in the point of Zusanli. All the patients were treated for three summer months （July -August） for the statistical effect. Results：Two cases were cliaical con- trol, fourteen markedly, twenty- six improved, two invalid, and the total effective rate was 95.45%. Conclu- sion：It is an effective therapy to treat chonic bronchitis with hmg and kidney deficiency type and worthy of clinical application.
