摘要
本文应用氩弧、微束等离子弧、激光作为热源对冷冲模具——孔冲进行了 Ni60粉末喷焊后的重熔处理,对修复部位的组织做了详尽的金相分析,研究了修复孔冲的可能性.得出了切实可行的孔冲修复工艺.
Takes Ar-are,tiny beam plasma-are and CO_2 laser as heat sources to remelt the powder Ni60 after spary welding on the hole-drifts,analyzes in detail the metallagraphy structures of the part repaired,investigates the feasibility for repairing hole-drifts,and obtains the practical technology for repairing hole-drifts.
