摘要
研究了超高速纺工艺路线生产涤纶低缩丝的工艺特点,探讨了影响纺丝的主要工艺参数。结果表明:在高速纺设备上,通过控制切片的含水率、优化纤维冷却条件和纺丝温度,并采用超高速纺工艺路线可制备能直接服用的涤纶低缩丝。
To study the process of low shrinkage PET filament in the way of high speed spinning, drying temperature, pack preparing, quench condition and spinning speed are discussed and find the proper process for the production of low shrinkage PET filament.
