风险投资模式直接关系到高新技术等风险投资的发展动力和目标的实现。理论研究和比较分析表明 ,路径依赖与模式选择有着一定的内在联系 ,而不同的风险投资模式更有着不同的特点和适应环境。因此 ,如何选择适合我国国情的风险投资模式 ,促进我国高新技术的可持续发展具有重要意义。
The venture investing models decides the developing energy and the realization of the aim in the venture investment of high and new technology.Some studies reveal that there exists a close relationship between the course to depend on and the choice of the venture investing models. The different models bear various characteristics to suit. So we should choose the kind of model which suits our Chinese own characteristics to enhance the likely continuous development of our high and new technology.
