摘要
指出了我国古代和现代西方发达国家秘书任职资格的若干特点 ,并在此基础上阐述了秘书任职资格化是适应社会发展的需要 。
Some distinquishing features have been studied in this thesis for qualification to hold a secretary post in Ancient China and Modern Western Developed Countries. Based upon the fact, the followings have been further discussed the qualitication to hold a secretary post adapted to the requirements of the social development, the important role playing in improving the secretary education in our country.
