摘要
针对青岛地区科技资源现状，在用户需求调查的基础上，对系统的总体设计思路进行阐述，并详述青岛地区科技资源整合系统的开发实践，对科技资源系统中存在的问题进行了说明。
The integration of regional sci-tech resource plays an important role in the promotion of utilization efficiency of the resources and the construction of the innovation system about regional sci-tech resource. Besides, it also helps us to enhance the technological competitiveness. We have carried out a solid and effective work to integrate the sci- tech resource in Qingdao. This article expounds the design and implementation of the integrated system of sci-tech resource in Qingdao. It bases on the research of technology resource status and a clear idea of the overall design in Qingdao. Furthermore, this article explores the next step of the resources integration.
