摘要
从高校图书馆的建设、管理、服务、学习环境等几个方面出发 ,简要论述了如何能够高效率、高收益地利用图书馆这一大容量知识载体 ,有效发挥图书馆的作用。
From these four parts : construction, management, service and reading environment of college's library through our analysis, come to a conclusion: the four parts are very important problem to the devolpment of college's library.
