摘要
采用国产GC-MS3100仪器建立白酒中16种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的分析方法。利用正己烷提取样品中塑化剂,提取液直接进GC-MS分析测定;选择离子监测模式扫描,外标法定量。方法简便、快速,在0.08～1.6μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,加标回收率在80%～116%之间,相对标准偏差为2.2%～8.1%,检出限完全满足食品中塑化剂检测要求。
The determination method for phthalate esters in white spirit by GC-MS had been established. The analytes were extracted with hexane. The extraction liquid was detected by Selected ion monitoring mode and quantified by external method. The method had a good linear relationship within the concentration range of 0.08-1.61ag/ml. The recovery was between 80%-116%, and the RSD was 2.2%-8.1%. The detection limit fully meets the requirement of PAEs.
