从资源配置的角度分析市场结构与所有制结构二者之间存在较强的相关性 ,应依照资源配置的有效性明晰不同产权主体活动的市场结构。市场结构决定企业的市场行为 ,企业的市场行为则决定了市场的效果 ,而不同的市场结构、市场行为所要求的财产组织形式不同。该文通过对市场结构、市场行为的分析 ,探讨不同的产权主体、所有制形式对不同市场结构的依存度 ,调整所有制结构 ,从而实现产权的效率目标。
From the point of resource disposition,there is a close interrelation between market structure and ownership structure.We should analyze the market structure of the pricipal property rights according to the effects of resource disposition.Market structure determines the market conduct of the enterprises and the market conduct determines the effects of markets.But different market structures and conducts require different property forms.the article here discusses the dependence of the different pricipal property rights and ownership forms to different market structures,the adjustment of ownership structure,and thus relizing the efficiency of property rights.
