摘要
本文综述了开发铁道货车冲压件计算机辅助工艺规程设计系统的理论和方法,讨论了建立冲压零件编码系统零件分类和系统程序设计的方法和技术.在此基础上建立了检索式铁道货车冲压件 CAPP 系统(QCCYCAPP).该系统综合运用了 CAPP、CAD、DBF 技术,将零件的工艺分析、工艺规程设计和工艺卡片图表编制等工作有机地溶为一体,可提高工艺文件编制的质量和效率,促进工艺工作的标准化和规范化,研制的软件系统具有功能全面,实用性强,操作灵活方便,易于学习掌握等特点.
Describes the theory and method for developing a system of CAPP about stampings of railway freight cars.and discusses the method and technique about how to set up coding system,classifying parts and program design.Based on them,the CAPP system has been established in searching system.Adopting CAPP,CAD and DBF,it put procedure analysis,process planning,cards and tables into one system which could improve quality and effciency when making up procedure documents and improve standardization and regularity of the proce- dure.Its main advantages are that it has varieties of functions,is easier to be used and controled.
