摘要
职业指导是为求职者就业、就业稳定、职业发展和用人单位合理用人,提供咨询、指导及帮助的过程。在传统医学生职业指导的基础上,通过文献查阅、问卷调查、描述性研究等方法,探索研究医学生职业指导的新途径、新模式、新方法。
Vocational guidance is a process of providing advices, guidance and help to job seekers, keeping employment stability and promoting career development. On the basis of the traditional medical students＇ vocational guidance, through consulting literature, questionnaire and descriptive research method, the study explores the new ways, new mode and new methods of medical students＇ vocational guidance.
