摘要
目的:探讨中医益气健脾养血法对肺癌化疗患者骨髓抑制的影响。方法:将38例肺癌化疗患者随机分为观察组20例,对照组18例,观察组采用益气健脾养血中药联合化疗,对照组单纯给予化疗方法。结果:观察组骨髓抑制的发生率明显低于对照组,观察组Karuofaky评分提高率明显高于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:益气健脾养血法能明显降低化疗药物的毒副反应,改善患者的临床症状,提高其生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective：Discussion on Chinese medicine Qi of the spleen nourishing on bone marrow suppression effect of chemotherapy in patients with lung cancer. Methods：38 cases of lung cancer patients were randomly divided into the observation group 20 cases, 18 cases in the control group, the observation group was treated with Replenishing Qi to invigorate the spleen nourishing herbs combined with chemotherapy, the control group only received chemotherapy. Results：In observation group, bone marrow suppression was significantly lower than that in the control group, the observation group Karuofaky score increase rate was significantly higher than the control group, there were significant differences between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Effect of Yiqi Jianpi Yangxue method can significantly reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy, improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life, worthy of clinical application.
