摘要
加入WTO ,表明我国对外开放进入了一个新的发展阶段。我们的对外开放面临着国际国内经济的新背景 ,如果说 ,我国以往的开放具有主动开放和政策性开放的显著特点的话 ,那么 ,在我国加入WTO以后 ,对外开放就进入了被动开放和体制性开放的新时期。我国应适时进行对外开放战略的转变 。
Entry to the WTO indicates that China is going on to a new stage of opening to the outside world, against a new international and domestic economic background. If the open door policy in the past is said to be active and political, it can be said to be passive and systemic after China joins the world group. Necessary adjustments must be made in the strategy of opening to the outside world, to meet the needs of international economic cooperation and competition under economic globalization conditions.
