高职汽修专业校企合作办学“双赢共享”的实践与思考——基于长春职业技术学院汽车学院为案例分析 被引量：5

摘要 校企合作是职业教育改革发展的一个重要途径。通过校企合作,学校能更好地了解企业对人才的需求及发展趋势,不断促进教学改革,把对学生的培养与企业对从业人员的要求有机统一起来,学校培养的人才才能更好地适应企业、行业、社会的需要。本文以长春市职业技术学院汽车学院为研究对象,以研究者参与的实训基地建设项目为基础,探究了高职汽修专业校企合作办学模式的实践。
