摘要
目的:观察丹皮酚对大鼠急性心肌梗死(AMI)后心室重构及心功能的影响。方法:雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、丹皮酚低剂量组、丹皮酚高剂量组和卡托普利对照组,结扎大鼠左冠状动脉前降支建立AMI模型后,各用药组大鼠分别给予丹皮酚(低4mg/kg/d、高8mg/kg/d)和卡托普利(10mg/kg/d)灌胃,用药时间4周。检测各组大鼠的血流动力学指标,HE染色观察大鼠心肌组织的病理变化。结果:丹皮酚高剂量和卡托普利可明显升高模型大鼠的左心室收缩压(LVSP)、左心室内压力最大上升和下降速率(±dp/dtmax),降低模型大鼠的左心室舒张末期压力(LVEDP),且可明显改善模型大鼠心肌组织的病理变化。结论:丹皮酚可在一定程度上改善大鼠AMI后心室重构及心功能。
Objective:To observe the effects of paeonol on ventricular remodeling and cardiac function of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) rats' model,Methods:Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham-operation group, model group, paeonol low dose group (4mg/kg/d), paeonol high dose group (Smg/kg/d) and captopril control group (10mg/ kg/d). The AMI rats' model was established by ligating the anterior descending branch of left coronary artery. After the MI rats' model was successfully established, the rats in each drug group were respectively lavaged with corresponding drugs for 4 weeks. The hemodynamic parameters of rats in each group were respectively detected; HE stain was used to observe the pathological changes ofmyocardium. Results: High dose paeonol and captopril could obviously increase the left venlricular systolic pressure (LVSP), left ventricular pressure maximum rise and fall rote (±dp/dtmax) of model rats, decrease the left ventricular end diastolic pressure (LVEDP); High dose paeonol and captopril also could obviously improve the pathological changes of myocardium of model rats. Conclusions: Paeonol can improve ventricular remodeling and cardiac function ofAMI rats model in a certain extent.
