摘要
通过对向日葵菌核病的生物学特性研究认为 ,向日葵菌核病是由核盘菌属侵染所致的病害。核盘菌菌丝生长的最适温度范围在 2 0~ 2 8℃ ,最适 pH 4~ 7,最佳碳源、氮源分别为甘露糖及天门冬酰胺 ,菌丝生长对缺Cu、Fe最为敏感 ,菌丝在PDA、PSA等天然、半天然培养基上生长旺盛而均匀。菌核萌发形成子囊盘需要适宜的温度、光照及湿度 ,紫外线照射能刺激菌核萌发。子囊孢子在 2 %葡萄糖溶液中更易萌发 ,孢子萌发以两端或一端萌发 ,萌发的最适温度范围在 1 5~ 2 5℃ ,子囊孢子萌发的最佳碳源为麦芽糖。
Studies on biology of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum in sunflower showed that Sclerotinia rot of sunflower is caused by Sclerotinia sclerotiorum (Lib.)de Bary. The optimum temperature for hypha growth was 20~28℃, the optimun pH value was pH 4~7. The best carbon soure,nitrogen source was mannose and asparagines respectively. The hypha was extremely sensitive to lacking of copper and ironion in culture. The mycelium developed vigorously and regularly in natural and halfnatural nutrient media such as PDA or PSA. Moderate temperature,light and humidith was needed to form apothecia by Sclerotinia . Iraadiation with ultraviolet rays can stimulate Sclerotinia germination. Ascospores germinated better in the 2 percent glucose solution. The optimum temperature for ascospore germination was 15~25 ℃,the best carbon source was maltose,glucose.
