摘要
目的观察"颜氏清脑2号方"联用西医基础治疗急性期脑梗死(中风——中经络,风痰瘀阻证)患者疗效。方法将120例患者随机平均分为两组。治疗组采用西医基础治疗加清脑2号方口服;对照组采用西医基础治疗,治疗2周评价疗效。结果两组患者治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分均明显改善,治疗组优于对照组;治疗组的中医证候积分改善情况及总疗效亦明显优于对照组。结论 "颜氏清脑2号方"联合西医基础治疗急性期脑梗死疗效较好。
Objective： To observe Yan＇qingnao Decoction Ⅱ combined with Western-based treatment on acute cerebral infarction diagnosed as fengtanyuzu syndrome. Methods： 120 patients were randomly averagely into two groups.Treatment group were treated with Yan,qingnao Decoction Ⅱ combined with Western-based treatment, while the control group were given western-based treatment.The clinical effects were observed after 2 weeks treatment. Results： After treatment, Nerve function impairment scores of both groups were all improved ,while the control group was more Significant. And TCM symptoms scores and total efficacy of treatment group were better than those of treatment group. Conclusion： Yan＇qingnao Decoction Ⅱ combined with Western-based treatment has good effect on Acute Cerebral Infarction.
