摘要
目的探讨疏风通络方对哮喘大鼠外周血和肺泡灌洗液黏附分子ICAM-l和VCAM-1的影响。方法用卵清蛋白致敏Wistar大鼠复制支气管哮喘动物模型,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、激素组、DPI组和中药高、中、低剂量组,均给予相应药物灌胃,正常对照组与模型组予生理盐水灌胃,观察动物血清及BALF中细胞黏附分子(ICAM-l、VCAM-1)水平的变化。结果模型组血清及BALF中细胞黏附分子(ICAM-1、VCAM-1)水平显著高于正常对照组;与模型组比较,疏风通络方各剂量组血清及BALF中ICAM-1和VCAM-1水平显著下调。结论疏风通络法方药一定程度上抑制ICAM-1、VCAM-1水平的表达,这可能是其治疗哮喘有效的作用机制之一。
Objective: To discusss the effects of Shufengtongluo Decoction on content of both VCAM-1 and ICAM-1 in peripheral blood and BALF of rats with asthma. Methods: Asthmatic model of Wistar rats was established by ovalbumin sensitization and then asthmatic rats were divided into 7 groups as follows:blank group, model group, Dexamethasone group, DPI group,low-dose, medium-dose and high-dose group of Shufeng Tongluo. Changes of cell adhesion molecular (ICAM-1,VCAM-1) in animal PB and BALF were observed. Results: When experimental Wistar was attacked by asthma,the ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 were obviously more than those of normal control group. Content of both VCAM-1 and ICAM-1 in the treatment group declined more significantly than that of the model group. Conclusion: Shufengtongluo Decoction can effeetively treat asthma,which is closely related with ICAM-1 and VCAM-1.
