加强民族地区医学院校学生素质教育的探讨——右江民族医学院新生基本素质调查研究 被引量:2

Investigation and Discussion on Strengthening Medical Students' Quality Education in National Regions——Basic Quality Investigation of New Students of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities

摘要 调查了某医学院校新生素质教育现状,发现大部分学生学习目的明确,能够明确自身发展目标;但有少部分学生存在学习动力不足、学习动机不正确、对医学职业认同度低等问题。需要根据新时期经济社会和卫生事业发展对医学人才素质的要求,围绕学校办学定位和人才培养目标,充分发挥思想政治理论课教育教学的主渠道作用,切实搞好医学人文素质教育,培育医学生职业精神,更新教学内容,优化课程体系结构,以校园文化建设为载体,建立良好的育人环境,充分发挥教师教书育人作用,培养德才兼备的合格医学人才。 After investigation on the present situation of a medical college students quality education, found that most of the students'learning purpose and their own development goals were clear. But there are a few students lack of learning motivation, learning motivation is not correct, and the medical professionalism was low. It is needed to give full play to the role of main channel of the education of ideological and political theory teaching accord- ing to the economic and social development of medical and health undertakings in the new period of talent quality requirements, around the school running orientation and talent training goal, conscientiously do well in medical humanities quality education, in cultivating medical students'professional spirit, updating the teaching contents, optimizing curriculum structure, establishing a good educational environment taking the construction of campus culture as the carrier, giving full play to teachers'teaching effect, cultivating qualified medical personnel having both ability and political integrity.
