摘要
从"以人为本"的价值观、"大医精诚"的道德观、"悬壶济世"的使命观三方面解析了中医文化视野下的职业精神涵义,从科技化、商业化、人文精神缺乏方面分析了中医人文精神缺失的现象。提出医学生中医文化人文精神培养路径:提高非中医类医学院校教师自身的中医文化素质,在各科教学中融入中医文化教育,营造中医药文化的环境等。
The meanings of humanistic spirit was analyzed from the perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） culture, namely the values of People -oriented, the morality of Virtual of Great Physician and the sense of mission of Practise Medicine in Order to Help the People and the condition of lacking of humanistic spirit in TCM was also nanlyzed from technicalization, commercialization and so on. Then this paper proposed the path for humanistic spirit cultivation ： improve the teachers cultural quality of TCM culture in other medical colleges and universities, integrate TCM culture education with the teaching, build the TCM culture environment, and so forth.
