摘要
现代医学研究中新技术、新药物的发展日新月异,患者在享有医学进步带来的成果的同时,也承担着日益增长的医疗费用,过度医疗、不合理用药等不良现象带来的后果。从伦理学学的角度分析问题出现的原因,提出药物经济学研究中应遵循的若干伦理原则,即经济原则、人文关怀、效价原则、社会公正原则、诚信原则、探索原则。
Nowadays, the new technologies and new drug development in modern medical research change everyday. The patient enjoy the fruits of medical progress, at the same time, also bear the increasing medical expenses, excessive medical treatment, and the consequences of adverse phenomena such as the rational use of drugs. From the perspective of ethics, analyse the causes of the problems, put forward some ethical principles that should be followed in medical economics research, namely, economic principle, humanistic care, potency principle, the principle of social justice, the good faith principle, the principle of exploration.
