摘要
在神经内科病房优质护理服务示范工程活动中,以"快乐护理,优质服务"护理文化为核心,在护理理念方面,针对不同患者,制定个性化护理方案;加强护士护理精神文化的培育,为提高护理质量打下思想基础。在护理措施方面,营造温馨舒适的病区人文环境;创建护理制度文化,为构建和谐护患关系提供保证;拓展护理服务,满足病人合理需求。在护士管理方面,倡导人文关怀,缓解护士心理压力;体贴护士生活,营造和谐温馨的科室气氛。通过以上措施,有力推动神经内科病房优质护理服务示范工程活动的健康全面开展,促进护理质量可持续性提高,从而提高护理人员的综合素质,提高患者满意度。
In the activity of high quality nursing service in the ward of department of Neurology, Happy Care, High Quality Service" as the nursing core and with a nursing concept of formulating we took the personalized nursing plan according to different patients; Strengthened culture cultivation of nursing spirits, laid ideological foundation for improving the quality of care. In the aspect of nursing measures, we built sweet and comfortable hu- manistic environment in the wards; Created a care system culture, ensuring to build a harmonious relationship be- tween nurses and patients; Expanded nursing service and satisfied patients reasonable demands. In nurses manage- ment, we advocated humanistic care, alleviated the psychological pressure of the nurses; Considerated their life, created a harmonious and warm atmosphere in the department. Through the above measures, we have vigorously promoted the activity of high quality nursing service in the ward of department of Neurology, promote sustainable development of the nursing quality, so as to improve the comprehensive quality of nursing staff, improve patients' satisfaction.
