摘要
目的调查分析十堰市某小学学生体格发育和营养状况。方法依照年龄的身高和体质指数(BMI)筛查调查人群超重与肥胖所占比例和收缩压、舒张压的临界高血压值所占比例,并与2005年全国调查水平进行比较分析。结果被调查的男女生身高、体重和BMI值均随着年龄的增长而增加,其整体体格发育水平略高于全国平均水平。超重与肥胖检出率较高,且超重检出率高于肥胖检出率(P<0.05),其中超重在男女生中的比例分别为14.59%和6.53%,肥胖在男女生中的比例分别为8.80%和3.88%,男生检出率均高于女生(P<0.05)。另外,在小学生中进行血压监测发现男生临界高血压值比例为0.08%,没有发现高血压的儿童,女生发现临界高血压和高血压儿童,比例均为0.09%,男女生之间未体现出差别(P>0.05)。结论该小学学生营养不良主要是超重和肥胖,测量血压的结果与全国标准一致,但个别出现的临界高值和高血压值得警惕。提示卫生部门、教育部门和社会应重视儿童体格发育,加强宣传教育,增强户外体育锻炼,促使其养成良好的生活习惯。同时提醒家庭应积极改善学生的营养供给,在膳食中增加富含优质蛋白质的食品,平衡营养,合理膳食,加强对小学生心理健康的关怀,促进其全面健康地地发展。
OBJECTIVE To analyze Shiyan some primary school students＇ physical and nutritional status. The proportions of obese among boys and girls were 8.80% and 3.88% respectively（P〈0.05）.But Malnutrition still exist, referring to emaciation in particular, The detection rate of boy group higher than girl group（P〈0.05）. In addition to blood pressure monitoring in the primary school students in boys appeared critical hypertension value ratio of 0.08%, no hypertension found Children, girls find critical hypertension and hypertension in children, the ratio of 0.09%（1/1133）. The difference between men and women is not reflected（P〉0.05）. CONCLUSION The primary school student＇ s malnutrition is overweight and obesity. Measurements of blood pressure are the same with national standards, but the critical individual occurrences of high value and high blood pressure should be vigilant. Prompt health department, education department and the social should pay attention to the physicaldevelopment of children, to strengthen publicity and education, enhance outdoor exercise, to develop good habits. At the same time, to remind family actively improve nutrition supply of students, increase the high quality protein-rich foods in the diet, balanced nutrition, reasonable diet, strengthen care for pupils＇mental health, promote the comprehensive and healthy development.
