摘要
改革开放30多年来河北省GDP增长连续攀升,但是就业压力却日趋严峻,从经济增长动因视角分析高增长下的就业困境成因及对策具有现实意义。首先,通过扩展的柯布-道格拉斯生产函数分解出河北省经济增长的源泉为资本、劳动投入、科技进步与产业结构调整;进一步分析表明,河北省资本深化和科技进步对就业主要表现为替代作用,劳动力市场结构性矛盾突出,而产业结构调整明显快于就业结构调整,据此提出相关的对策建议。
The GDP of Hebei keeps rising for over 30 years, but the pressure of employment turns in- creasingly severe. Therefore, this paper analyzes the causes with Cobb-Douglass product functions. Result shows the drivers of economics growth in Heibei are capital, labor input, progress of science and technology and industrial restructuring, where the first two variables lead to declining of employment, and indus- trial restructuring takes over the employment.
