中枢神经系统鞍区孤立性纤维瘤1例并文献回顾 被引量：3

摘要 孤立性纤维瘤（solitaryfibroustumors，SFT）是一种间叶来源的梭形细胞肿瘤，主要发生于胸膜腔，也可发生于中枢神经系统在内的全身其他部位。由于SFF是少见肿瘤，迄今为止文献报道中枢神经系统S盯仅220例，发生于颅内170例，椎管内50例（约占20％），其中累及鞍区病变仅7例，国内未见相关报道。现将北京三博脑科医院鞍区SFT1例并结合文献分析如下。
