摘要
肿瘤微环境中存在的肿瘤相关中性粒细胞具有促进和抑制肿瘤形成的双重作用,其中"N2"型TANs可以通过释放弹性蛋白酶、基质金属蛋白酶、细胞因子和趋化因子等方式,促进肿瘤增殖、转移和肿瘤血管的生成;"N1"型TANs可抑杀肿瘤细胞发挥抗肿瘤作用。以TANs及其分泌的细胞因子为靶点,调控"N2"和"N1"型TANs介导产生的促肿瘤和抗肿瘤功能,可能成为肿瘤免疫治疗的一种有效策略。
Tumor-associated neutrophils (TANs ) in the tumor microenvironment, emerge showing dual roles with the pro- motion and inhibition of tumorigenesis and development. TANs ( N2 phenotype ) can promote the tumor proliferation, angio-genesis and metastasis by secreting neutrophil elastase, matrix metalloproteinases, cytokines and chemokines. However, TANs( N1 phenotype ) may be manipulated to exhibit cytotoxicity against tumors. Targeting TANs and molecules secreted by TANs may be an effective strategy for immunotheraov of tumors.
