摘要
目的探讨盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗急性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法将60例急性支气管炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各30例,两组患者均给予静滴头孢哌酮舒巴坦4g抗感染、口服溴已新止咳化痰等对症治疗,治疗组患者加用盐酸氨溴索注射液30mg静脉点滴,1次/d,疗程为1～2w。结果治疗组总有效率93.3%,高于对照组的73.3%,治疗组临床症状的改善程度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性支气管炎患者在常规治疗的基础上加用盐酸氨溴索注射液,可以有效缓解患者的临床症状,值得临床推广。
Objective Exploring the clinical efficacy of ambroxol hydroehloride injection in the treatment of acute bronchitis. Methods 60 cases of acute bronchitis patients were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group and the control group, each group included 30 patients. All patients were given intravenous infusion of cefoperazone sulbactam anti-infection,the symptomatic treatment of oral bromine cough and phlegm. In treatment group, patients were treated with hydrochloric acid plus ammonia bromine injection intravenously, 1 times/day for 1- 2 weeks. Results Treatment group was 93.3% and the control group was 73.3% ,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride can effectively alleviate the patients clinical symptoms,it is worth in clinical practice.
