摘要
目的:探讨双轨互动护理干预模式在社区糖尿病患者管理中的应用效果。方法:按随机表排列顺序将60例社区2型糖尿病患者随机分为干预组和对照组各30例,对照组进行常规纵向双向转诊,干预组在此基础上实施双轨互动护理干预,分别采用躯体健康监测和SF-36简明调查问卷对两组干预前后实验室检测指标、8个维度评分进行比较。结果:干预组实验室部分检测指标与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),4个维度评分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将双轨互动护理干预应用于社区糖尿病患者的管理中,可提高糖尿病患者的自我管理能力、生活质量。
Objective ：To investigate the effect of application of double - track interactive nursing intervention model in the management of patients with diabetes in communities. Methods ：60 patients with type 2 diabetes in communities were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group （ 30 cases in each group ） according to the sequence of the randomized table. The longitudinal two - way referral was taken in the control group and the double - track interactive nursing model was adopted in the intervention group based on the conventional one. The physical health monitoring and SF - 36 concise questionnaire was used to compare the indexes of laboratory test and the scores of 8 dimensions between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results ： There was statistically significant difference in the comparison of the indexes of laboratory test between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the difference in the comparison of the scores of 4 di- mensions was statistically significant between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The double - track interactive nursing intervention model applied to the management of patients with diabetes in communities can improve their self - management ability and quality of life.
