摘要
以校园老乡会为例,从理论上阐述了高校老乡会的含义与特点,分析其形成的原因以及对大学生思想政治教育的影响,在此基础上总结出高校教育应该重视校园老乡会等同辈群体,对其加强管理和引导,掌握其特点,充分发挥同辈群体在大学生思想政治教育中的作用。
In the contemporary era, peer groups in colleges and universities produce more and more effects on college students＇ ideological and political education work, and they are also important factors of college students＇ i- deological and political education work. Campus fellow-townsman, as a typical peer group, exists widely in colleges and universities. Taking the campus fellow-townsman as an example, this paper theoretically expounds the implication and characteristics of campus fellow-townsman, moreover analyses the reasons for its formation and the influ- ence on college ideological and political education. On this basis, college education should pay more attention to the peer groups such as campus fellow-townsman, strengthen management and guidance, master its characteristics and make most use of the peer groups in the Students＇ ideological and political education work.
