摘要
价值工程是技术与经济相结合的一种现代化管理科学手段,结合价值工程理论,针对砌体房屋不同现状的结构安全及建筑能耗,利用价值管理方法对既有砌体房屋改造方案进行分析,选择最佳方案以最低的寿命周期费完成既有砌体房屋改造。
The paper indicates the value engineering is the modem management scientific measures by combining techniques and economy, analy- zes the reconstruction scheme for the existing masonry houses by adopting the value management method according to the various structural safety and architectural consumption of masonry houses by combining with the theory of value engineering, and indicates the best scheme can accomplish the reconstruction of masonry houses by the minimal life cycle cost.
