摘要
目的对目前种植地、野外及市售山药正伪品及其习用品进行鉴别,保证临床用药安全有效,为山药药材及其中药制剂质量控制提供参考。方法采集种植地、野外的山药正伪品及习用品原植物以及市售原药材及饮片,采用基源鉴定、性状鉴定、显微鉴定及薄层鉴定进行鉴别。结果性状鉴定方法基本可以鉴别山药正伪品及其习用品的原药材,但其中药饮片却难以区分;而显微鉴定方法则可通过观察淀粉粒、针晶束及石细胞的有无和形态特征准确鉴别出山药正伪品及其习用品;薄层鉴定达不到理想鉴别结果。结论准确快速且简便经济的显微鉴定方法是鉴别山药正伪品及其习用品原药材和饮片的关键手段。
Objective To ensure the safety and efficacy of Chinese yam in clinical medication and provide the reference for the quality control of Chinese yam crude drug and its related preparation by identifying the genuine and pseudo Chinese yam and its habitually used species from the cultivated field, outdoors and pharmaceutical market. Methods To carry on original, morphological, microscopic identification and TLC respectively by collecting raw medicinal material and decoction pieces of Chinese yam from the cultivated field, outdoors and pharmaceutical market. Results Morphological identification can't easily identify the decoction pieces beside the raw medicinal material of the genuine and pseudo Chinese yam and its habitually used species. Microscopic identification can identify the genuine Chinese yam, adulterants and its habitually used species by observing the existence and morphological characters of starch grains, raphides and stone cells. TLC can not reach an ideal result. Conclusion Microscopic identification which has the features of rapidity, accuracy and convenience is an important method to identify the genuine and pseudo Chinese yam and its habitually used species. :,
