从瑞香狼毒 (StellerachamaejasmeL .)中分离得到 3个化合物 ,根据理化数据和NMR数据分别鉴定为S (+) 3 羟基 1,5 二苯基 1 戊酮 (1) ,西瑞香素 (2 )和 (- ) 7 甲氧基狼毒素 (3) .其中化合物 1为新化合物 ,化合物 3为首次分得的旋光纯的 7
Three compounds were isolated from Stellera chamaejasme L.They were identified as S (+) 1,5 diphenyl 3 hydroxy 1 pentanone,daphnoretin and (-) 7 methoxy chamaejasmin by spectroscopic and chemical evidence. S (+) 1,5 diphenyl 3 hydroxy 1 pentanone was a new compound and (-) 7 methoxy chamaejasmin was isolated as an optically pure compound for the first time.
