摘要
造成矿井突水是自然地质条件和人为条件共同作用的结果,要防止透水事故的发生,必须从人为条件方面入手。本文分析了造成矿井突水的条件,分析了防治水基础工作和防治水重点工作,只有打好基础、突出重点,才能切实做好防治水工作。
