摘要
提出了旧有结构在其剩余使用寿命内预期承受的荷载及其抗力的统计方法和旧有结构可靠度的分析方法，建议了旧有结构构件工作性能的评估标准，最后探讨了将模糊数学用于结构破损评估的问题。
A statistical method for determining the expected loads and resistance of an existing structure in its residual service life and an analytical method to evaluate the reliability of an existing structure is proposed. A criterion to assess the performance of the structural members is also presented. Finally, the application of fuzzy sets to damage assessment of existing structures is discussed.
