摘要
完成新的历史条件下的转型是广播电视大学的战略目标。本文以重庆电大为例,回顾学校的战略演进,能力提升的发展历程,提出了新时期"建骨干、建开大、建大学"要依托远程教育的办学经验和职业教育的特色,整合学历教育与非学历建设资源,把握内部环境,结合自身优势,建立一所服务地方经济和社会发展的新型大学,实现重庆电大的可持续成长。
It＇ s the strategic target of Chongqing Radio ＆ TV University （CRTV） to realize a transformation in the new historical con- ditions. Here, in these conditions, with a review on the strategic evolution and capability enhancement of CRTV, we propose the key parts in constructing a backbone vocational school, an open university and at last a comprehensive university, which are to rely on the past ex- perience of running distance education and the features of vocational education, to integrate the resources of curricula education and non-curricula education, to hold the internal environment and take the advantages of this university. Only thus, we can set up a new uni- versity serving the local economy and social development and realize its sustainable growth
