摘要
目的观察荣心丸治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法选择冠心病心绞痛患者90例,随机分为两组。治疗组50例,给予荣心丸治疗;对照组40例给予复方丹参片治疗。两组均治疗4周为1疗程。1疗程后评判疗效。结果在改善临床疗效方面治疗组总有效率92.0%,明显优于对照组的67.5%(P<0.05)。心电图、血脂的改善治疗组亦优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论荣心丸治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛疗效确切,无毒副反应,安全性高,患者依从性好。
Objective To observe the effect of Rongxin pill（RXP） for treatment of angina pectoris with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Methods Ninety angina pectoris patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups：Treatment group （n=50） treated with RXP, and control group （n= 40） treated with compound Danshen tablet for four weeks. Results The clinical curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in control group（P〈0.05）. The improvement in electrocardiogram and blood lipid in treatment group was superior to that in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion RXP was effective for treatment of angina pectoris with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.
