摘要
民族高校体育学科传承与发展是我国大学体育现实发展的需求和体育学科体系建设的重要组成部分。本文剖析了民族高校体育学科产生、传承的背景与动力,分析了民族高校体育学科发展的瓶颈,探究了民族高校体育学科发展中观念更新与多学科多领域构建师资队伍的重要性,提出了民族高校体育人才培养定位以及学科知识体系的构建等措施。
The Heritage and development of sports discipline of colleges for nationalitiesis an important part of the needs of the development of college sports in our country and of the system construction of sports discipline. This paper analyzes the background and power of the growth and inheritance sports discipline of colleges for nationalities, discusses the bottlenecks to the development of the sports disciplines, explores the importance of concept change in the development and the teaching staff in multi - disciplinary and multi - domain, and presents the measures of the orientation of personnel training and the construction of a discipline knowledge system in physical education of colleges for nationalities.
